The combination of Modern & Loft

The apartment is designed in a modern style but has some Loft elements. The loft-style element is the concrete plaster in the living room with LED lighting. Our customer wanted to design the apartment in dark colors. We have chosen neutral colors for the kids’ room, where we separated reading and playing zones.
